Ruházati formatervező művész vagyok, farmer specialista és brand-hacker. 1998-ban alapított tervezőstúdiómban szezonális kollekció tervezéssel és kivitelezésével, stratégiai tanácsadással és gyártásszervezéssel foglalkozom. Vállalkozásom minőségi, női és férfi farmer-termékek gyártását vállalja.
Autonóm művészként edit a Q’ray néven alkotok. Tervezőmódszerem sajátossága, hogy kollekcióimat ún. Book-ok (sorszámozott tervezői vázlatkönyvek) formájában prezentálom. Időszakosan kiállításokon veszek részt, és rendszeresen publikálok. Gondolataimnak, szakmai véleményemnek és nemzetközi kapcsolataimnak a www.denimglobe.com ad helyt. Egyedi darabjaimat és pop-up kapszula kollekcióimat Q’RAY márkanév alatt dobom piacra. Sajátmárkás denim-kollekcióim IKONIKA márkanév alatt gyártódnak.
Jelenleg az Óbudai Egyetem, Rejtő Sándor Könnyűipari és Környezetmérnöki Kar Terméktervező Intézetében vagyok állományban.

Edit Csanák is a fashion designer, denim artisan and brand hacker. She designs seasonal collections for brands. Her design studio arranges product development and strategic consulting.
As an artist, she creates under ACA name edit a Q’ray. Her unique artistic method recognized for creating collections in a form of manually drawn, numbered scrapBooks. A limited capsule collection is popped up under the brand name IKONIKA each season. Her company founded in 1989 offers customized denim products and designer jeans.
Dr. Edit Csanák works as a full-time Associate Professor at Óbuda University, Budapest Sándor Rejtő Faculty of Light Industry and Environmental Protection Engineering, Institute of Product Design.
